We appreciate your purchase at Mianduo (szmianduo.com). Every pen is handmade, and we want you to be completely happy with it. If you are not satisfied, we offer refunds and returns under the conditions below.

30-DAY RETURN WINDOW

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition - unused, unaltered, and with all original packaging and accessories.
  • Please include your order number and the reason for return in your email.

Because our products are handmade, each piece is individually inspected before shipping. Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for a refund.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

HOW TO START A RETURN

  1. Email us at jieli160@188.com with your order number, the item name, and the reason for return.
  2. We will reply within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. We recommend keeping the tracking number until your refund is issued.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side (wrong item sent, item damaged in transit).

EXCHANGES

If you received a defective or damaged item, or the wrong item, contact us at jieli160@188.com within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are refundable at the purchase price actually paid.
