All orders at Mianduo (szmianduo.com) are handmade and shipped from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China.

PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse.

SHIPPING AND TRACKING

  • All orders ship with tracking.
  • The tracking number becomes active within 1-2 business days after dispatch (carriers may take time to scan the parcel).

Delivery times are estimates and depend on your location, carrier transit, and customs processing. Typical ranges:

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

  • Damaged in transit: If your item arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery at jieli160@188.com with your order number and photos of the damage, and we will make it right.
  • Lost in transit: If your tracking shows no movement for 15 or more business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
